This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Zayuo handles user data, personal information, uploaded content and generated video content. Zayuo is a lightweight iOS short video generation tool that requires no user account registration, login or real-name authentication for full use of all core functions. We attach top priority to user privacy and data security throughout the use of the App. Throughout all service processes, the App does not collect any user facial information, and will never share any user personal data with any third-party AI service providers.

1. Scope of Application

This privacy policy applies to all users who download, install and use the Zayuo App on iOS devices. All functions including photo uploading, text description input, one-click short video generation, video preview, parameter fine-tuning, local saving and one-click sharing are covered by this policy. No hidden data collection or background data transmission will be triggered during the use of any built-in function. The App does not collect any user facial information in any usage scenario, and will never share any user personal data with any third-party AI service providers.

2. Account Related Data Processing Rules

Zayuo adopts a completely account-free usage mode. Users can open the App and use all video generation and editing functions directly without registering an account, binding mobile phone numbers, verifying email addresses or logging in through any third-party social accounts. The App will not record user login behaviors, device binding records or user identity tags. The App does not collect any user facial information during account-free use, and will never share any user personal data with any third-party AI service providers.

3. Collection and Storage Rules of User Uploaded Photos and Generated Videos

Local-only storage mechanism: All photos uploaded by users and all short videos generated by the App are stored only in the local storage space of users' iOS devices. The App will not automatically upload, synchronize or back up these image and video files to any cloud server, our official background server or remote database. All media content is completely controlled by users themselves.
Independent user deletion authority: Users can view, edit and permanently delete all uploaded original photos and generated short videos at any time through the built-in local album entry inside Zayuo. Once users delete local content, the files will be completely erased from the device with no residual copies retained by the App.
Zero background access to user content: The App's official background server has no access authority to browse, call, extract or copy any user uploaded photos, input text content and finished generated videos at any time. No content data will be transmitted out of users' mobile phones in the background silently.

During the whole process of photo uploading and video generation, the App does not collect any user facial information embedded in user uploaded photos, and will never share any user personal data including photos, text descriptions and generated videos with any third-party AI service providers.

4. Processing Rules for User Input Text Descriptions

When users fill in custom text descriptions to match photo materials for short video generation, all text content is only used for local video rendering and style matching inside users' iOS devices. The text content will not be sent to any external server for identification, analysis or storage. The App will not conduct keyword extraction, content analysis or user portrait construction based on user input text. The App does not collect any user facial information through text content recognition or associated local image files, and will never share user text data and matched media content with any third-party AI service providers.

5. Device Information Processing Rules

To ensure the normal operation of basic iOS system adaptation, screen adaptation and local video rendering functions, the App only obtains basic anonymous device parameter information that cannot identify individual user identities, including device screen resolution, iOS system version and device model. We will not obtain device unique identifiers, location information, contact lists, photo album full access permissions or other sensitive device private data. The App will not call device camera sensors or image recognition modules to collect any user facial information actively or passively, and will never share any anonymous basic device information with any third-party AI service providers.

6. Third-Party Service and Data Sharing Statement

Zayuo independently completes all core video generation, image processing and video rendering functions relying on built-in local algorithms. The App does not access, invoke or cooperate with any external third-party AI image generation platforms, third-party video editing cloud services or other third-party data processing service providers. There is no data interface reserved for third-party AI services in the App code. The App has zero data interaction with all third-party AI service platforms, never shares any user personal data, and never collects any user facial information throughout all service links.

7. Video Preview, Fine-Tuning, Saving and Sharing Function Privacy Description

Preview and fine-tuning: All preview effects and parameter adjustment operations are completed locally on user devices. No adjusted parameter data will be uploaded to external servers.
Local saving: Saved videos are stored exclusively in the user's local iOS photo album and App local folder, with no cloud synchronization function.
Local sharing: The sharing function only invokes the official native sharing component of the iOS system. The App will not obtain sharing target information or record user sharing behaviors.

In all operation links of preview, fine-tuning, saving and sharing, the App still does not collect any user facial information from modified video content, and will never transmit or share user video files and operation records with any third-party AI service providers.

8. User Rights Regarding Personal Local Data

Right of inquiry: Users can check all local cached content generated during App use at any time in the local storage directory of Zayuo;
Right of deletion: Users can manually clear all cached photos, videos and draft files with one click in the App setting page, and thoroughly delete all local related data;
Right of stop using: Users can stop all data generation behaviors by closing the App directly, and no background data collection will continue after the App is closed.

We guarantee that exercising all the above user rights will not lead to any leakage of user private information, the App will not collect residual facial information from deleted local files, and will never send any deleted user data to any third-party AI service providers.

9. Policy Update Notice

We may optimize and update this privacy policy irregularly according to App function iteration and iOS system official privacy requirement adjustments. All updated contents will be displayed on the official App setting page. We will never change our core privacy commitments: the App permanently does not collect any user facial information, and permanently will not share any user personal data with any third-party AI service providers.
