Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Service Agreement is entered into between individual users and the operator of Zayuo mobile application. This agreement specifies all terms, rights and obligations related to paid subscription membership services provided by Zayuo, a lightweight iOS short video generation tool. Before purchasing and activating any subscription membership service, please carefully read all clauses of this agreement. Your completion of subscription payment and use of membership services means that you fully accept and agree to abide by all contents of this agreement.

1. Service Overview & Basic Subscription Rules

1.1 Introduction to Zayuo Core Service

Zayuo is an account-free iOS short video generation application. Users can complete photo uploading, text content input, one-click short video generation, preview, fine-tuning, local saving and sharing operations without registering any personal accounts. All core video creation functions run locally on users' iOS devices, and we always attach great importance to user privacy protection. The App does not collect any user facial information during all subscription service processes, and will never share any user personal data, payment records and subscription information with any third-party AI service providers.

1.2 Subscription Service Nature

All subscription membership products launched by Zayuo are virtual value-added services based on in-app virtual currency (Gold Coins). This paid subscription service is an optional enhanced purchasing plan, and users can still use all basic free video generation functions of the App normally without purchasing any subscription packages. The subscription service will not force users to upgrade or restrict the use of basic free functions in any form.

2. Subscription Membership Core Rights & Benefits

After users successfully complete payment and activate valid Zayuo subscription membership, you can obtain exclusive membership benefits as follows, and all benefit rules are fixed and effective without hidden additional terms:

1. One-time Gold Coins Grant: Once your subscription order is confirmed and payment is completed successfully, corresponding exclusive gold coins will be issued to your local App account immediately in a one-time manner. No additional conditions or cumulative usage thresholds are required to receive these subscription-exclusive gold coins.
2. More Cost-effective Gold Coin Purchase Price: Compared with purchasing gold coins through one-time single purchase orders inside the App, subscribing to official membership plans can help you obtain the same amount of gold coins at a lower overall cost. The subscription package provides users with a more favorable unit price for gold coins, bringing better cost performance for long-term video creation needs.

It should be noted that this subscription membership only provides preferential gold coin purchasing solutions and one-time gold coin rewards. The daily use logic of gold coins in the App remains consistent for all users, and there is no special free privilege for video creation brought by membership.

3. Subscription Billing Cycle & Payment Instructions

3.1 Available Subscription Cycles

Zayuo provides multiple conventional subscription cycles for users to choose independently, including monthly subscription, quarterly subscription and annual subscription. Each cycle corresponds to an independent fixed pricing standard and matched one-time gold coin reward quota. Users can check the real-time specific price, cycle duration and corresponding gold coin quantity directly on the subscription page inside the App before payment.

3.2 Payment Channel & Automatic Renewal Rules

All subscription payments of Zayuo rely on the official Apple App Store payment system exclusively. All payment behaviors, payment data and automatic renewal management are completed and controlled by Apple's official platform. We will not obtain, store or view your bank card information, Apple ID payment details and other sensitive payment privacy data. Users can turn on or turn off the automatic renewal function independently in the Apple ID account management page at any time without any restrictions from our App side.

3.3 Order Confirmation

Your subscription order is deemed valid only after Apple officially deducts the corresponding fee successfully. Once the payment is successful, the exclusive gold coins will be automatically delivered to your local App cache immediately, and the order cannot be modified retroactively.

4. Refund Policy

1. In accordance with the unified refund specifications of Apple App Store, all subscription refund applications need to be submitted through Apple official customer service channel. We have no authority to directly process or approve any refund requests for in-app subscription orders.
2. Since subscription gold coins are virtual in-app currency that have been issued to users' local devices immediately after successful payment, any used or partially used virtual gold coins will not support partial refunds after users apply for refunds.
3. We do not accept refund applications caused by users' personal misoperation, mistaken purchase, or unwillingness to use the service after purchase. Please confirm the subscription cycle, price and corresponding gold coin quantity carefully before completing payment.

5. Service Limitations & User Obligations

• All subscription gold coins and membership benefits are only applicable to your personal daily creation use inside the Zayuo App. Users are not allowed to resell, transfer, gift or trade subscription membership benefits and virtual gold coins to third parties in any form.
• Users shall not use subscription membership benefits to conduct illegal, improper or infringing creation content production behaviors. We have the right to terminate abnormal membership service permissions for accounts with abnormal operation behaviors without prior notice.
• Due to the account-free design of Zayuo, all gold coin data and membership valid status are stored locally on your iOS device. Please avoid uninstalling the App or cleaning local App cache data at will to prevent accidental loss of local membership and gold coin data.

6. Service Adjustment & Agreement Update

We reserve the right to adjust subscription package content, matching gold coin quantity and preferential price range properly according to App function iteration and market operation optimization. We will display the updated subscription rules on the in-app subscription page in advance. Meanwhile, consistent with our consistent privacy protection principle, we will never actively collect user facial information through subscription behavior logs, and all user subscription related data will never be provided to any third-party AI service providers. We will not change the core privacy protection commitments involved in this agreement without user notification.

7. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for the failure of gold coin delivery or membership service abnormality caused by Apple official payment system failure, user network abnormality, device system failure or local App cache cleaning.
• We are not liable for any indirect losses, including but not limited to creation delay, benefit loss caused by personal improper operation of users.
• All subscription services are limited to normal use within the official supported iOS device models and system versions. Abnormal use on jailbroken devices will lead to unavailable membership services, for which we will not take relevant responsibilities.
