This User Agreement is legally binding between you and the operator of Zayuo. This agreement governs all behaviors of downloading, installing, accessing and using the Zayuo iOS short video generation application. Please read all terms carefully before using the App. By opening and using any functions of Zayuo, you confirm that you fully understand, accept and agree to comply with all clauses of this User Agreement.
1.1 App Core Service Introduction
Zayuo is a lightweight iOS-exclusive short video generation tool with zero account requirement. Users can use all built-in functions including photo uploading, custom text adding, one-click video generation, video preview, parameter fine-tuning, local saving and system-native sharing without account registration, mobile phone verification, email binding or third-party login. All video rendering and image processing operations run completely locally on your iOS device, and no user content will be uploaded to our remote server actively or passively. We always prioritize user data security, and the App will not collect any user facial information during your daily use, and will never transmit or share any of your personal data and local creation content with any third-party AI service providers.
1.2 Usage Eligibility
You promise that you are over 13 years old when using this App. If you are under 13 years old, please use the App under the supervision and consent of your legal guardian. You shall use the App in compliance with local iOS system rules and relevant internet usage specifications, and shall not violate public order and good customs during all creation and usage behaviors.
Zayuo adopts a full account-free operation mode, which is one of our core product design features. We will not create any exclusive user identity ID for you, nor record your device binding relationship, usage trajectory or persistent user tags. All your operation records, local draft files, uploaded photos, generated videos and in-app gold coin assets are only stored in the local storage space of your mobile device. Once you uninstall the App or clear local App cache data, all relevant local data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered by our official background. We do not retain any user usage logs on the server side.
3.1 Ownership of User Created Content
All original photos you upload, custom text descriptions you input, and all short videos generated independently via the App belong to you completely. We do not claim any ownership, usage right or copyright of your personal creation content. We will not browse, review, copy or reuse your local creation files in any background manner, and all content is fully controlled and managed by yourself.
3.2 Prohibited User Behaviors
When using Zayuo to create videos and operate related functions, you agree not to conduct the following prohibited behaviors:
If you violate the above usage specifications, we reserve the right to restrict partial local functions of the App for your device to maintain normal service operation. Meanwhile, we will not obtain extra sensitive information from your device for punishment purposes, and still stick to our original privacy protection commitment.
Zayuo sets built-in virtual gold coins as the in-app virtual currency for normal video creation services. All gold coin data is stored locally on your iOS device without cloud synchronization. You can obtain gold coins through one-time in-app purchases or subscribed membership packages. Subscription packages provide users with more favorable gold coin purchase prices compared with individual one-time purchases. We will not actively deduct or modify your local gold coin data without your operation, and all gold coin consumption behaviors are triggered only by your independent manual operations within the App.
Zayuo only applies for necessary minimal system permissions to ensure normal operation of core functions, including local photo album access permission (for users to upload local photos) and system sharing permission (for users to share finished videos). The App will never apply for camera permission, location permission, contact permission or other unnecessary sensitive permissions. We only read local image files authorized by you, and will not conduct any intelligent recognition analysis on picture content. Consistent with our long-term privacy protection policy, we never collect any user facial information through local image access, and all device-related authorized data will never be shared with any third-party AI service providers.
We have the right to update and revise this User Agreement according to App function iteration and iOS official privacy policy requirements. The revised agreement will be synchronized and displayed on the App setting page. Continued use of the App after agreement update means you accept the revised agreement terms. We will never revise and cancel our core privacy protection commitments involved in this agreement.
